Legal Description: SE/4 of Section (19), Township (29) North, Range (9), and approximately the East 27 acres in the SW/4 of (19) Township (29) North, Range (9) W.I.M. Alfalfa County, OK.

Taxes: This tract is combined with the SW/4 total taxes are $868.31

This tract consists of approximately 187 acres of land.
